About The Jig Store

How long have you been in business?

We launched this Web Site in August 2007. If you think we could improve any aspect of our Web Site, please tell us.

How do you select the products you carry?

Our goal is to carry high quality woodworking jigs and accessories for hand held routers. We take a serious look at every product in a category and select what we believe to be the best all-round value. We look at price, performance, ease of use, intuitiveness, health, safety, quality, versatility, reliability, overall design, price and value. We also look at the quality of technical support offered by the manufacturer.

In the case of our first major product line, AKEDA excels in all categories, including technical support. You're in good hands because AKEDA's technical support is handled by the inventor of the AKEDA jig. He is also the designer of both the AKEDA jigs and the original Leigh dovetail jigs.

Do you accept suggestions for products?

If you have a suggestion for a brand you think we should carry, we'd like to hear from you. Email us and include a link to the manufacturer's Web Site.

If I am not satisfied, what recourse do I have?

We subscribe to ethical business practice. If you have tried to resolve an issue with us and you are still not satisfied with our service and support, you can contact our suppliers, or one of the professional associations we belong to.
