How safe is ordering over the Internet?

The Jig Store Web Site does not handle your payment directly and therefore we never see your credit card information. For reasons of security, we will not enter your credit card information for you by phone. You can only pay through the Secure Payment Gateway accessible through this Web Site. After you've decided on your purchase you are asked to "Transfer to Payment Center". This link will take you to an IPS-hosted payment gateway.

How does on-line purchasing work?

When you click on "Transfer to Payment Center" on our Web Site, you are taken to an IPS-hosted payment gateway where you complete your online payment transaction through the SSL-encrypted payment page owned by IPS Ltd. The Jig Store never sees your credit card information. IPS completes the transaction with your credit card provider, and notifies us when that transaction is completed. Once we are notified that the transaction is complete we ship your purchase to you.

Why was my credit card declined?

The credit card companies have very strict security. Their software will block payment if they detect anything out of the ordinary.

This can be for a variety of reasons. For example: a missing middle initial in your name; an amount larger than your normal purchases; your card is restricted to North America; your card is restricted to an amount that's less than your purchase. If you have missed off your middle initial, for example, make the correction and try again.

DO NOT make multiple payment attempts. This may be viewed as a fraud attempt.

We are currently only available in person during North American Central Standard Time Zone business hours (12:00 - 20:00). If you cannot access our toll free number from your country, email us, include your phone number, and we'll call you back. We try to respond to emails within 24 hours on weekdays, but due to time zone differences you may not receive a reply immediately.
