The product doesn't work as advertised. How do I return it?

AKEDA's technical support service is excellent. They will spend whatever time is necessary with you to resolve any technical problem. If it's not a technical problem, they will inform us.
We have a "no questions asked" policy if a technical problem cannot be resolved.
I've already called them and I want to return a product?
Our return policy is limited to 30 days.
Returns and exchanges are costly for both parties. You will have to pay the return shipping and insurance and we will have to check and repackage your return. So we have the following policy.
If the product is returned within 30 days, unopened and in it's original packaging, with no damage, and you haven't used it, you pay the return shipping and insurance, plus a restocking and repackaging fee amounting to a minimum 25% of the purchase price.
If the product has been opened (whether or not it has been used, we still have to check it thoroughly), you pay the return shipping and insurance, plus a restocking and repackaging fee amounting to a minimum 40% of the purchase price.
What we charge you will depend on the condition of the returned product. If the product is damaged, this fee will be higher, because we will either have to have the product remanufactured, or disposed of.
We reserve the sole right to determine the restocking and repackaging fees.

I bought the product four months ago. Can I return it?
