How do you ship internationally?
We ship heavy items via air, so transit time is usually less than a week. Small or light items are shipped by United States Postal Service (USPS) or Canada Post. Note, we cannot ship to a PO Box Number.
Which countries do you ship to?
We commonly ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Territories and Possessions, APO, FPO, AE etc.; Western Europe, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand and Japan. But we can ship to most countries.
How do I find out my shipping and handling costs?
Simply fill out your order without making any commitment. Click on "View Order". Review your order, then click on "Contact The Jig Store". We will then contact you by email and provide you with a quotation for shipping and handling costs.
When can I expect to receive the shipment?
Orders are normally shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed between noon Friday and noon the following Monday won't be shipped until Monday. As a general rule, heavy items are shipped by FedEx International Priority, light orders by USPS or Canada Post. FedEx quotes a transit time on heavy items of 2-5 days to most countries, plus any delays in clearing your country's Customs.
Shipping rates are constantly under review, so our shipping rates may change accordingly without notice.
Are there any additional charges?
You are responsible for all applicable import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees etc. associated with cross border shipping. We will prepare all the necessary documentation. You are also responsible for credit card currency exchange fees. Note, your credit card company may charge you a fee for out-of-country transactions.
